MF Design refund and damage returns policy for furniture orders in Malaysia — reporting damage, returns eligibility and resolution steps.

Damage on delivery

Inspect items when they arrive. If cartons are crushed or product is visibly damaged:

  1. Note damage on the delivery document
  2. Photograph packaging and product
  3. Contact MF Design within 48 hours with order number and photos

Returns eligibility

Change-of-mind returns may not apply to assembled or customised items. Clearance sales are often final — confirm on your quotation.

Resolution

Depending on the case, MF Design may offer replacement parts, exchange or refund per invoice terms. Factory-direct production means some replacements require lead time.

Non-eligible issues

  • Incorrect measurements provided by buyer
  • Normal colour variation in wood and fabric batches
  • Wear from assembly by non-authorised parties
